Corrections
Found something wrong — a menu link that moved, a fryer that is no longer dedicated, a restaurant that has closed? Use the Report a change link on any listing, or the corrections page, and tell us what you saw and when. You do not need an account and you do not need to be the restaurant.
We review correction reports before changing a listing, and safety-relevant reports (a protocol not followed, an allergen incident) jump the queue. When a correction is confirmed, the change is written into the listing’s change log with its date — we do not silently edit pages.
Restaurants can claim their listing free of charge to supply current protocol documentation. Claiming never buys a higher tier: tiers are earned by documentation, reviewed against the same rules as everything else.
Report something
Email [email protected] with the listing name, what is wrong or has changed, and — if you have it — a link to the business's own page showing the current information. You can also use the report form.
Businesses listed here can also claim their listing to supply corrected information directly; claimed information is still checked against a source before it changes a tier.
